Vessy acts as organisational consultant for corporates, leadership coach for solopreneurs, founders, and senior executives, as well as a fractional COO for startups and project manager for strategic projects in established companies. Vessy has been recognised as a thought leader for 5 years in a row for authoring a series of international independent reports on Trust, Culture, and Belonging and for launching the video podcast “Chief Trust Officer”. From the heart of Dublin, Vessy also has a private practice as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist.

Previously, Vessy was a tech Chief Strategy Officer and CMO, worked in various roles across product, marketing, ops, and culture in companies between 4 and 800 employees.
