Martina is Product Director for Recognition Social Experience at Workhuman. She uses a data-informed approach to product management so that users and clients can realize the outcomes Workhuman products can drive, including boosting employee engagement and performance, expanding inclusion and connectedness, and empowering employees and program teams. Martina has a Masters in Product Management from TU Dublin and a Masters in Economics from Maynooth University.

Previously, she has worked for companies such as Aer Lingus, IBM and Hewlett-Packard. Martina has a passion for diversity and inclusion in STEM and has been a WITS Ireland member since 2019, joining the executive board in 2021. She was elected to Deputy Chair in 2023.
