Global Head of Consumer Payments within TTS Technology at Citi
Arlene Ennis is the Global Head of Digital Consumer Payments within TTS Technology, Citi. She has 17+ Years Financial Services Experience, a BSc in Software Engineering and holds an MBA from Dublin City University. Arlene joined Citi in 2002 and has held multiple roles in operations, client delivery and technology. Arlene has managed a number of technology transformation initiatives in Citi, including implementing data management standards, SEPA Rollout, AML, Client Analytics and leading the 2-Day Client Onboarding Initiative.
Arlene is currently leading the technology delivery for the Digital Consumer Payments Initiative within Citi. Prior to this, she had extensive experience running large complex IT Programs and Projects and managing large global teams. She is now responsible for a global team of 50+ people, creating a “best in class” solution for processing consumer to business, e-Commerce transactions for global institutional clients.
Arlene founded the Citi Dublin site “Women in Technology and Innovation” (WITI) group. The group’s Mission Statement is to promote gender diversity within and outside of Citi and cultivate a sense of community and engagement within Citi Technology and Innovation and across the wider organization.
Arlene is a volunteer and supports multiple initiatives that are aimed at young people and Women in Technology. She has volunteered for Junior Achievement Ireland & CoderDojo. Arlene has been an UpStart Mentor for Trinity College Dublin and conducted mock interviews for graduates in University of Limerick.
