Onur Korucu is a globally recognized leader in technology, cybersecurity, and data protection, with dual qualifications in law and engineering. She has managed cybersecurity and privacy teams at major firms including KPMG, PwC, Grant Thornton, and Microsoft.

She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director, Managing Partner, and Advisory Board Member across corporate and academic institutions in EMEA and the US, shaping strategies in data protection, cybersecurity, and AI governance. She is also a shareholder in companies specializing in data protection and AI automation.

Onur was honored as one of the “Top 100 Most Powerful People in Tech in Ireland” by Business Post and received the IAPP Privacy Vanguard Award 2024 for EMEA. She holds an LL.M. in Information and Technology Law, an M.Sc. in Engineering, and a Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Cambridge. She also sits on the advisory board for the MS in Cybersecurity program at the University of California.

A Women in Tech Global Ambassador, Forbes Technology Council member, and IAPP Advisory Board Member and Dublin Chapter Chair, Onur lectures internationally on cybersecurity, business management, and AI governance, and contributes thought leadership through her publications, including in Harvard Business Review.
